Devil’s Horn Peppers

I call these the Devil’s horns, because they are so incredibly hot and shaped like a horn.  Pauly Vitamia, who makes them simply calls them “memory peppers” because you eat just one bite and you will never forget them.  They are long hot peppers marinated and stuffed with provolone cheese and Italian Salami.  They are hot, and they will make you gasp as hot as you think you can take it, so be sure to serve with bread and high dairy content cheeses like mozzarella, even cheddar.

They are a great appetizer but best if you cut them into small pieces so unsuspecting guests do not attempt to eat a whole one.  Even the bravest are attempting a lot by eating a whole one!
