Easiest Asian Recipe Ever

I’ve probably shared this before, but its time for another update/post. Its an old “secret” recipe from the Newark Star-Ledger from at least 40 years ago.  Chinese was all the rage back in the 1970s, and this is a simple, great recipe and I don’t know who would not like it.  Its simple, with any meat (especially ribs) you take equal parts of honey, soy sauce, apple sauce, some crushed garlic, allow to marinate up to 1 hour and you have one of the most delicious barbecued or oven cooked meals you ever had.  I used skirt steak tonight with some grilled corn on the cob and it was delicious.  The beer was Vietnamese, but you drink whatever you like, I just happen to have one leftover from my brother’s birthday and figure I would put the last one to good use.
