Hello, sorry I’ve been away, I got caught up in Facebook, a terrible year financially in 2009, but now I am back, and plan to update regularly.  Of course, you can also follow me on Twitter.  And no, I am not one of those people that update it every few minutes or even hourly.  I do try to update it once a day based on my professional or significant personal experiences.  I hope you join me there under JRCX – and continue to follow this blog as well, thanks!
